Pemanfaatan Bawang Merah (Allium cepa L) Sebagai Antibakteri di Indonesia

چکیده

Salah satu tanaman holtikultura dan banyak dimanfaatkan oleh masyarakat Indonesia adalah bawang merah (Allium cepa L). Pemanfaatan yang paling umum dalam kehidupan keseharian dari sebagai bumbu masakan. Bawang memiliki potensi bahan baku obat tradisional karena kandungan kimianya. Kandungan kimia berbagai ekstrak diantaranya quersetin, flavonoid, saponin, tanin, glikosida, polifenol alkaloid. Berbagai tipe pelarut seperti aquadest, etanol 80 96%, serta methanol digunakan untuk menyari zat aktif merah. macam dengan berbeda terbukti aktivitas antibakteri terbentuknya zona hambat jernih pada area sekitar pengujian. bakteri mampu dihambat pertumbuhannya Propionibacterium acne, Staphylococcus aureus, epidermidis, Streptococcus mutans Salmonella thypi Eschericia coli. Kemampuan atau berspektrum luas menghambat pertumbuhan gram negative positif.
